Dear Citrix ITM Customer,

We are performing maintenance work and router upgrades in Mainland China POPs to provide higher throughput and resiliently to the connections of Citrix ITM POPs in Mainland China and the rest of Citrix ITM POPs around the world.

Most of the maintenance work does not impact Citrix ITM operations, however tomorrow we expect a small delay of logs delivery from the China POPs to our reporting/aggregation systems outside of China. Customers using ITM Web Portal to report on China Traffic could see a gap in the reporting during the maintenance window. Reporting will return back to normal after that.

To be clear, the impact is only on the reporting, and only for China traffic, Openmix Platform and traffic management inside and outside of China are not affected in any way.

The maintenance window is set for 3 hours but we expect the actual work to be done in less time. We appreciate your patience during this work and welcome any feedback.
