Resolved - ADS is up to date and files available to customers.

Update - May 16th is ready for customers to download. May 17th is running and will be done soon.

Monitoring - ADS jobs has been running all night and files for may 11 to 15 are ready for customers. May 16th is running and will be ready by this afternoon. May 17th soon after that.

Update - Engineering was able to identify the root of the corruption and the software is being patched. We plan to rerun the jobs this afternoon, create the new files and make them available to customers as soon as possible.

Update - Engineering continues working on files recovery. Some customers are still unable to download the files.

Identified - We identified a corruption in some of Cedexis Advanced Data Services output files. We are in the process of fixing and rebuilding them. Some customers are not able to download the files currently.

Resolved - The stability issue has been corrected with no further signs of instability now being seen.
